Company SODO, d. o. o. is a one-tier management system, which has two bodies - the Assembly, represented by the Slovenian Government and the Director as the management body.

The company SODO d. o. o. is organized in two sectors:

Technical sector, which is responsible for:

• implementation of distribution of the electricity,
• maintenance and development of electricity distribution networks,
• providing long-term capacity of the electricity distribution network,
• reliability of the supply of the electricity,
• managing flows of electricity on the network,
• non-discriminatory treatment of network users,
• providing necessary information to eligible customers and
• forecasting of electricity consumption and the energy needs.

Financial sector, which is responsible for finance, accounting, business planning and analysis.
